1. Registration & Payment
A seat is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via Paystack. Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of all applicable fees. Firmline reserves the right to adjust pricing before a registration is completed; the price shown at time of payment is binding.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- More than 7 days before Session 1: Full refund, less a 5% payment-processing fee charged by Paystack.
- 3 – 7 days before Session 1: 50% refund. The remaining 50% is non-refundable.
- Less than 72 hours before Session 1: No refund. You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge — contact us before Session 1 begins with the replacement attendee's details.
- No-shows: Registrants who do not attend and have not cancelled forfeit their seat with no refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact address listed in your confirmation email.
3. Firmline Cancellation or Rescheduling
- If Firmline cancels the webinar entirely, all registered participants will receive a full refund, including processing fees, within 5 business days.
- If Firmline reschedules to a new date, registered participants may either accept the new date or request a full refund within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement.
- Firmline is not liable for any consequential costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) arising from cancellation or rescheduling.
4. Access & Delivery
- A Zoom link will be sent to the email address provided at registration within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
- Standard tier: Live session access only. No session recordings are provided.
- Premium tier: Session recordings are accessible for 6 months from the date of each session, via a private link sent to your registered email. Recordings are for personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or republished in any form.
5. Intellectual Property & Materials
All resource files, prompt libraries, posters, tool cards, and any other materials provided as part of this programme are the intellectual property of Firmline. They are licensed for personal, non-commercial academic use only. Resale, redistribution, or reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees. Firmline reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
7. Privacy
Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, institution, and other details collected at registration are used solely to administer the webinar, send access links, and provide support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Premium participants will be added to a private WhatsApp group; group communications are governed by WhatsApp's own terms of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Firmline's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for their registration. Firmline is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end, including but not limited to internet outages, device failures, or third-party platform outages (Zoom, Paystack, WhatsApp).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
These terms are effective as of May 2026 and apply to all AI Research Mastery webinar registrations. Firmline reserves the right to update these terms; the version in force at the time of your registration is binding.
